     I was at Det 3 60-61 and enjoyed.   I am retired in Albuquerque now.   I was head of the New Mexico Racing Commission, Supt. of Regulations and License, Deputy of the State Treasurer, and head of the convention center.  I have retired with 26 yrs and 8 months of Government.
